One calendar for all of them
Connect several Google and Microsoft accounts next to your Mac’s own calendars, then choose exactly which calendars appear.
TotalCalendar brings Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and iCloud together in a native Mac app. Create and edit events right where they live, online or off.
Requires macOS 26 on a Mac with Apple silicon. We’ll only email you about the TotalCalendar beta and its release, and you can unsubscribe any time. Privacy
You’re on the list.
One more thing, if you like: which calendars would you connect? It helps us pick testers.
Thanks. We’ll email you when there’s room in the beta.

Change a time, a title or an alert and it goes back to the calendar it came from. Nothing is copied between your accounts.
Every change is saved on your Mac first and sent when you’re back online. If someone changed the same event meanwhile, TotalCalendar shows you both versions and you choose.
Try it: turn the Wi-Fi off, then back on.
Up to date.
There’s no TotalCalendar account. The app talks to Google, Microsoft and Apple directly, keeps your sign-ins in the macOS Keychain, and stores your calendar on your Mac.

A built-in connection for AI assistants is on the way, so one can read your schedule and suggest changes. Anything it would send or delete waits for you.
TotalCalendar is in private testing with a small group. Leave your email and we’ll invite you when there’s room.
